About the Owner
Steve has worked in the environmental consulting industry for over a decade concentrating on environmental due diligence, environmental remediation, and water resources with a focus in the southeastern Pennsylvania area. He has conducted or managed hundreds of Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, guided dozens of sites through the Pennsylvania Land Recycling Program (Act 2) resulting in the PADEP issuing relief of cleanup liability, and obtained water withdrawal permits and dockets for numerous public water systems and irrigation/industrial water supply systems. Operating a small firm consisting of himself and trusted partnering contractors he has developed relationships with over the years, he enjoys working with local developers and property owners to help put environmentally challenged properties back into beneficial reuse in a responsible manner and realize the hydrogeologic resources available in the region.
Steve has also worked as an adjunct professor at Drexel University for the last seven years where he enjoys working with students and merging experience in industry with the education system. Steve holds a bachelor's degree in chemistry from Virginia Tech, a master's degree in hydrogeology from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Professional Geologist License in Pennsylvania.
